Takvim

  • 16 Kasım ara tatil haftasında ders işlenmez.
  • MEB'e bağlı tatillerde eğitime ara verilir; 23 Nisan gibi diğer resmî tatillerde haftalık dersleriniz kesintisiz devam eder.
  • Ramazan ayında iftar saatine yakın ders saatlerinde değişiklik olabilir; bu değişiklikler velilerimize önden bildirilir.

    How are the lessons conducted?

    All lessons are conducted live via Zoom. Our certified teacher works with your child one-on-one or in small groups (max 4 children) using visual materials, games, and interactive activities. Lessons are recorded; you can watch them again later.

    What materials are used?

    Digital course materials are provided free of charge with the course. With the Standard and Premium packages, a Noendy stationery package (notebook, flash cards, workbook) is sent free of charge by cargo. All our materials are prepared with our child development specialists.

    Are your teachers native speakers?

    All our teachers hold Cambridge CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent certificates and have C1+ English proficiency. With our Premium package, we offer the option to work with a native English-speaking teacher.

    How can I track my child's progress?

    A detailed progress report is sent by email every month. We hold parent-teacher conferences every 4 weeks. Your child's speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills are measured separately with a CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) compliant level assessment.

    How do I cancel a class?

    Individual lesson cancellations can be made free of charge 24 hours in advance; the lesson will be moved to another slot. For course cancellations, you have an unconditional right to a refund within the first 14 days, after which we will refund the fees for unused weeks.

    Where are the stationery products being shipped?

    Nationwide delivery to your door. Free shipping on orders over 250 TL. Orders placed on weekdays until 14:00 are shipped on the same day and delivered within 1-3 business days. Our shipping integration works with Yurtiçi, MNG, and Aras.

    Can the payment be made in installments?

    We offer up to 6 months of installments for all credit cards. Payments are made securely via iyzico, and your card details are not stored by us. An additional 15% discount is applied to 6 or 12-month course commitments.

    How to get a free trial lesson?

    Click on the 'Free Trial Lesson' button on the website, select your child's age, and schedule an available time. The 25-minute one-on-one lesson is free and without obligation. At the end, the teacher will send you a mini observation report.

    Will my child be spending too much time in front of a screen?

    Classes are 25-40 minutes long, depending on the age group. All classes include off-screen activities — your child will write in a notebook, play with cards, and walk around the classroom. We also assign off-screen tasks before and after class.
