About the courses
How are the lessons conducted?
All lessons are conducted live via Zoom. Our certified teacher works with your child using visual materials, games, and interactive activities, either one-on-one or in small groups of up to 4 children. Lessons are recorded, so you can rewatch them later.
What materials are used?
Digital course materials are provided free of charge with the course. With the Standard and Premium packages, a Noendy stationery package (notebook, flash cards, workbook) is sent free of charge by cargo. All our materials are prepared with our child development specialists.
Are your teachers native English speakers?
All our teachers hold Cambridge CELTA, Trinity TESOL or equivalent certificates and have C1+ English proficiency. In the Premium package, we offer the option to study with a native-speaking teacher.
How can I track my child's progress?
A detailed progress report is sent via email every month. We conduct parent-teacher conferences every 4 weeks. Speaking, reading, listening, and writing skills are individually assessed with CEFR-aligned level evaluation.
How to get a free trial lesson?
Click the 'Free Trial Lesson' button on the homepage, select your child's age, and choose an available time slot. The 25-minute one-on-one lesson is free and without obligation. At the end, the teacher will send you a mini observation report.

Stationery & shipping
Where are the stationery products being shipped?
Nationwide door-to-door delivery in Turkey. Free shipping for orders over 250 TL. Orders placed on weekdays until 14:00 will be shipped on the same day and delivered within 1-3 business days.
How do I return or exchange a product?
You have an unconditional right to return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility; for exchanges, we ship the new product for free.
What age are the products suitable for?
Each product indicates an age range (3-5, 6-8, 9-11, 12+). If you are unsure whether it is suitable for your child's age when you purchase it, you can ask us on WhatsApp.
How much savings are there in bundle packages?
Our bundle packages offer an average of 20% lower prices than individual purchases. Savings labels are visible on each bundle card.
💳 PAYMENT
Payment & Refunds
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Troy, and Apple Pay. All payments are made with SSL encryption under the assurance of iyzico. Your card details are not stored by us.
Is payment by installments possible?
We offer up to 6 months of installments for all credit cards. An additional 15% discount applies to 6 or 12-month course commitments.
How is the invoice sent?
After your order is completed, an e-archive invoice will be automatically sent to your registered email address. For corporate invoices, you can write 'Corporate invoice' in the order notes.
Course cancellation and refund process?
You have an unconditional right of return for the first 14 days. After that, we refund the fee for unused weeks. Individual class cancellations can be made free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
