Shipping process
Which cargo company is it being sent with?
We work with Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG Kargo, and Aras Kargo throughout Turkey. Your order confirmation email will include the shipping company and tracking number.
How long does shipping take?
Within Istanbul: 1 business day. Other cities: 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on Monday.
How much is the shipping cost?
For orders under 250 TL, a fixed fee of 49.90 TL. Free shipping for all orders over 250 TL.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Turkey. For international orders, please contact support@noendy.com.
What's the status of my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can enter this number on the shipping company's website to view the real-time status.

Returns & exchanges
Which items are refundable?
All stationery products that are unused, unopened, or retain their original condition can be returned within 14 days.
Non-returnable products: Opened/used flash card sets, products that come into oral contact for hygiene reasons (if any).
How do I get a course refund?
You have an unconditional right to a refund within the first 14 days (even if you have already taken lessons). After this period, fees for unused weeks will be refunded, but not for weeks that have been used.
How do I initiate a return?
Write to destek@noendy.com with your order number. A return code and shipping label will be sent within 24 hours. Ship the products with the coded box.
Who pays for return shipping?
If there is an error due to us (wrong product, damaged, etc.), the shipping fee is our responsibility. For standard returns, the shipping fee is borne by the customer (approximately 30 TL).
When is the refund issued?
After the refund is approved, it will be credited to your account within 3-10 business days, depending on the payment method. Credit card refunds are subject to your bank's processing time.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, we offer free exchanges for products with defects in size, color, or design. We will send the new product with free shipping.
